I was new to the diamond world, but Victoria and her team worked together in order to make this an experience I will never forget. I have been married 35 years. It was time to "upgrade" my wedding ring. I gained weight AND money! Jessica was wonderful. She set me at ease, honored every one of my requests, and was the ultimate professional! I highly recommend visiting there - ask for Jessica - she is awesome!

My fiancé purchased my white gold wedding set from Robbins Brothers last December. By mid-january, I noticed the ring beginning to change back to a gold color. When I mentioned this to my fiancé, he became very upset and explained to me that he was told the ring would not turn. Due to this misinformation before purchasing the ring, we decided that we wanted another type of metal. Throughout the next 8 months, we visited Robbins Brothers 7 times in an attempt to get a different metal, each time being told a different story and on several occasions being treated very rudely. Robbins Brothers repeatedly lied to us about what they were able to do in an attempt to pacify us. They also never called back like they promised on 3 different occasions. When all options for a different ring in our price range were exhausted, we asked for a full refund. We were treated very rudely by the manager who accused us of lying. He said the refund was not possible because a year had passed. In reality, they pacified us for the prior 8 months while we were trying to resolve the issue. Overall, I would not recommend Robbins Brothers to anyone. Their poor customer service has turned a time of celebration into one of great stress.
