PROFESSIONAL COUNSELING SERVICES; Valley Hope Counseling Center is a United Way Agency dedicated to providing affordable professional counseling services to the community. Services include individuals, couples, marital and family counseling for a wide range of mental health and relationship issues. We also provide a free bipolar support group that meets weekly on Thursdays. Money Order; Counseling fees based on sliding scale rate; using client income and number of dependents
