My visit to Wayne Mazda was an extremely gratifying experience. I was truly fortunate to have Mike from sales and Mike from finance to assist me for the day. These are young men who are so professional and attended to all my needs. Mike in finance went over all my paper work with me thoroughly and he made sure I understood every aspect of the transaction that I was getting into. His cordial spirit and respectful demeanor created such a delightful ambience. Mike from sales, his subtly pervasive quality would qualify him as one who could "sell ice to an Eskimo. Kudos to Mike (sales) and Mike (finance)!! you are both an asset to Wayne Mazda!!

Everyone at Wayne Mazda, especially Felipe, was very helpful in guiding me towards a new car purchase. Felipe was very knowledgeable and really helped explain all of the features of the Mazda 6.

Provided by YP.comThank you to Mike Dispenza for a great car buying experience. I had been driving an acura tl for 9 years but needed more room since we are having another child in a few months. Mike asked me what features I loved in my acura that I needed to have in the Mazda. After going through the must haves he paired me up with the perfect trim on the cx-9. We purchased the car on July 1 and Mike hustled, taking care of us, delivering a vehicle to another client, and also waiting on a third client. He is an asset to Wayne Mazda.
Great service, and overall positive experience. My salesperson, Eugene Hocman provided thorough and important information on the car, my buying options, tec. He and everyone there at Wayne Mazda was pleasant and easy to do business with. I felt they listened well and were clear on my needs. Junior in Finance was great also!

Provided by YP.comNOT HONEST! TERRIBLE SERVICE! Read more>>> They don't honor their refund policy. I paid my balance with Wayne Mazda (Financer: Mazda American Credit) fully. And contacted Wayne Mazda numerous times via phone to cancel my "Extended Protection Service Plan" with them which is fully refundable. They resist to help over to phone and demanded for me to come in which I was able to do on October 5, 2009 and spoke with Mr. Chris (Last name never giving to me) at finance department. All paperwork was complete and he told me that he will take care of it. Not to worry!!! Never herd from them, never returned my calls and NO REFUND CHECK YET. Refund is 100% reimbursable by their own contract!!! Stay away from this dealer. They are nice to you until they get your money

Be afraid , be very afraid if you have to take any vehicle in for service at this totally incompetent facility. After bringing my car in to get the AC fixed ( still under warrantee three times in 2 months, the third time they had my car for 17 days. After being told twice during this 17 day period that it was fixed, it wasn't. Its called trial and error repair service at Wayne Hyundai Mazda
