Three Oaks Hospice delivers compassionate end-of-life care to patients in the Waxahachie area. At the foundation of hospice care is a team that provides physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort to those with a life-limiting illness. During hospice care, a skilled team of nurses, therapists, social workers, clergy, and volunteers work together to bring peace and comfort to each patient and their family when facing the end of life.
