We have lived in a few apartment communities. Some are good, some are bad, and some just have poor, unreliable managers. The Lofts has a problem with management. We have seen at least 3 leasing employees come and go since we have been here. We moved in this complex in November of 2012, and the builder forgot to put a mailbox in the postal station for our apartment number. Management at the time apologized and said they would fix the problem. Weeks went by and our mail had a 50% chance of being delivered to the leasing office or returned to sender. After a month or so, someone from the Lofts management took a piece of paper and wrote our apartment number on it and taped it to the door of our mailbox location, and at this present time, 4:51pm on May 29th, 2013 we still do not have a standard mailbox. The taped paper is still in place in this upscale apartment community. On top of this issue that management can't seem to solve, we recently received a water/sewer bill that nearly tripled.

Started off great....they are nice apartments but just so many issues. I almost got walked in on half dressed early in the morning by their routine pest sprays they do. Just knocked once and before I can get up. Parking is horrible. Forget about trying to park next to your building. It is quiet. Wifi in the gym and near pool don't even try to connect. Put In a service request yes it was filled but I didn't like that it was done while I was gone from the apartment. Wouldnve appreciated a phone call before. The only up I would say is that they are quiet and sometimes clean. Occasionally see cigarette buds and beer cans laying on grass.

Looks like the dallas feel thing they are going for. I dont like being bothered by management all the time. Utility set up for bill is Stone Age. Cable only and water bill seems sketchy. They want to charge a $25 fee for driving 15 MPH in the ghost town parking lot. Dog weight limit is 45 pnds and they are quick to charge you for anything (that would be a huge fee) one lady who both lives and works at the lofts has a Boxer, that seems like it would upset people who want dogs especially when she walks it around regulating the parking lot on her off time.
