I have a new puppy and Waunakee Vet Clinic has been amazing! They are so kind and loving to my puppy, she loves it there. They always treat me and my pet with respect and take the utmost care, making sure to answer any and all questions. They take time to really treat my puppy and check her thoroughly every time we visit, I couldn't be happier with their service.

We paid for a puppy wellness plan August of 2015 because our dog needed to be neutered. The plan spread out the cost of the neutering over the year and it included visits and some shots. We had no idea that the plan renewed automatically and we were charged for 3 months of a different wellness plan without our knowledge. We called to inquire and about the charge and were very upset to find out we were being charged for a plan we knew nothing about and did not give permission to continue. Waunakee Vet refused to refund us the $80. We will not be going back there and are so disappointed at the way this was handled.

Everyone at Waunakee Veterinary Clinic is caring and conscientious. They're very responsive to our needs and very understanding of our dog Cooper's special needs. Cooper loves everyone there. I know it sounds weird that a dog would love to go to the vet, but he does! Recently, they've been treating him with a laser treatment for pain and mobility issues in his hind section and his left shoulder. It's made a big difference in his quality of life, he's doing things now that he hasn't been able to do for almost a year.
