Brought a pair of leather car seats up to get spots touched up and some a seam resewn that had come apart was quoted 2-3 weeks for repair. After 4 weeks I had not received a call and could not get in contact with them since their voice-mail is full. When I did finally reach a person I was assured that they were all ready to be stitched and they were done being colored and I wold be receiving a call soon. So now it has been 9 weeeks I went up to check on them and found they were stiching on top of the leather whereas the old stiching was below. I voiced my concern and and told them I wanted them by saturday, after calling 20 times throughout the day Saturday and with no response I have finally just picked them up in similar condition as they were dropped off in. No stiching repair and minimal change in color. Would not recommend. Not a professional business.

my parent's couch and love seat were sun faded, emailed pics of furniture and they came to the house, worked about 5 hours wiping dye into aniline leather. looks great!

Pff. It's too bad I have to give them a star. Maybe one for answering the phone. Don't waste your time with this place. Contacted them three times in a month and have yet to receive a response. There are other places willing to do the job and have better customer service.

Recently, I contacted Leather Restoration Co. to repair and restore my sofa and loveseat. The condition of the furniture made me feel it was time to purchase new furniture. As a last resort I contacted Shay. He informed me that the restoration process would make my furniture set look and feel almost new. He was right! Upon completion of the restoration work; I was totally amazed by the near new condition, at a reasonable cost. I will recommend Leather Restoration to family and friends.

Leather Restoration-Waukesha did a great job on my sofa. The sofa was faded from sunlight and the leather on the arm was torn. There shop re upholstered the arm of the sofa and redyed the entire sofa to its original color. I was amazed at the quality craftsmanship and great service provided by the staff. My sofa looks and the leather feels like it did many years ago. Thank you to all the folks at Leather Restoration.

Within a week the couch was returned to us having been thoroughly cleaned and treated, plus the cushions had been restuffed and shaped.

I'm not sure how to get rid of the star. I want to give them zero stars. My sofa was ripped so I looked up leather furniture repair stores in the neighborhood. The company told me to email photographs of my ripped sofa to them. I did so and received a reply within a few days. The owner told me it was a pretty easy fix. He told me to call him back in one week and he would come out to fix it. I called back in one week and the owner came out that morning. When he looked at my sofa he told me that it wasn't what he thought and he did not have the right materials. He asked if he could come back later that afternoon. I waited and waited with no phone call or email. I ended up calling him and left a voicemail message. He apologized and asked if he could come back the next day. I waited all day for him. After several phone calls to his cell phone I called the office. The woman who answered said she would find out what was going on. Again I waited. I never received a response. It's been about three weeks and he's never called me back. Thanks for wasting my time. If he didn't want to do the job or he couldn't do the job he should have told me. the whole thing was pretty childish. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I recommend this place 1,000%. If Shay says he can fix it, he can fix it! We had an aniline leather sofa and chair with hair oil stains that were only 1-1/2 years old. I thought they were ruined forever. Not at all. Shay came to our house - 2-1/2 hours away, and made that sofa and chair look brand new. I almost cried I was so pleased. Their work is outstanding, they took my cream color leather couch from the early 90's and truly made it look brand new. I loved that couch when I first purchased it, and can continue to love it 21 years later. This place is absolutely incredible! I recommend anything leather go here to look its best. Shay does great work! Repaired a tear in my leather jacket and you'd never know it was there!

Leather Restoration restored our three piece Leather sectional soffa that was almost 20 years old, faded, cat and dog scratches, a tear, and needed new stuffing/padding. The owner, Shay Johnson, came to our home, restained the leather to its original deep maroon color and restuffed the seats and back cushions. We couldn't believe how great it looked and felt.
