Its modern facility and expert personnel assures its customers of the highest quality castings available today. In addition to castings, it also offers state-of-the-art engineering design, non-destructive testing, machining, fabrication and assembly. Utilizing state-of-the-art CAD technology, Castalloy provides three-dimensional solids modeling along with casting solidification analysis. The company s laboratory is equipped for monitoring all phases of its operation which include sand and hardness testing, spectrographic and microstructure analysis, radiography, dye penetrant inspection and SPC in order to meet all requirements of the customers' specifications. The company is headquartered in Waukesha, Wis.
