Issues with neglect, abuse and inappropriate environment. Unsanitary is correct and unsafe and unlocked storage facilities. Verbal abuse of children and staff and despite having appropriate tools to facilitate a learning center choose to sit children in front of a video or television all day. Issue with billing and not reporting cash appropriately also.Owner is on board of headstart in lake county and therefor your concerns and allegations WILL NOT BE INVESTIGATED.

I went on a tour of this facility and witnessed a teacher scolding a child for crying. She yelled at him to "quit crying like a little girl". I couldn't walk out of there fast enough! It's all about the teachers- I haven't toured the other facilities so they may be better staffed!

My son was in the toddler group. They were very unstructured, each child in their own world. I picked him up one day and he had BLEACH stains on his clothes. They never really could explain that one. I picked him up everyday fithy, food on his face with a runny nose, and untied shoelaces. He was only there for 3 weeks, only because the contract required a two week notice for removal. Not worth the $190 a week.
