Smith & Vandiver manufactures natural ingredient personal care and aroma therapeutic products. Its products are sold at more than 6,000 locations throughout the world in gift, specialty and department stores. All Smith & Vandiver s products are manufactured in its Watsonville, Calif., facility with attention to the environment. All products are made with petroleum-and-animal-free ingredients. Smith & Vandiver s packaging is biodegradable and products are packaged in recycled plastic or recycled glass and packed and shipped using recycled paper. Its products have never been tested on animals or used animal derived ingredients or by-products in any of its goods. Essential oils from plants, flowers and herbs are used to create bath and beauty products that contain some of nature s healthful ingredients. Smith & Vandiver was founded in 1970 by Alida Stevens (Smith).
