The Watseka Theatre is a renovated 1931 Art Deco building designed by Louis Skidmore (of skidmore/owens/merrill). In the past it was a movie theater. As of 2007, this venue is now a preforming arts center and hosts some of the the most prominent musicians crossing all music genres. If you like architecturally relevant structures, an intimate concert setting with delicious food, a full bar and accessible owners, then this is the place for you. Watseka is a city of 5,600 people and the Iroquois County seat. Please join us for concerts, fine dining, occasional movies, plays, weddings, private parties, corporate events and just about anything your imagination can conjure up!
