Weekly housekeeping & laundry; assist with local transportation needs; reassurance & safety checks; weekly blood pressure & weight checks; complete maintenance services provided; staff on duty 24 hours a DAY. Apartment features: spacious 1 & 2 bedroom apartments 750 to 1200 square feet with complete kitchens; ALL utilities & cable television included (phone service is an additional FEE; individual heating & AIR conditioning controls; ALL appliances furnished stove. Refrigerator. Washer & dryer; sprinkler system & smoke detectors throughout the building; handrail provided around ALL Showers & toilets; elevators access ALL 4 levels; secured exterior doors. OUR social serves are: organized activities bingo. Cards. Movies & more; indoor shuffleboard. Library. Health & fitness room. Billiards room; Chapel; beauty & Barber shop; outside patio garden. Indoor parking.
