Hello, I purchased a dining table and futon from chapter 11 in Waterville. Staff was very helpful advising could order from catalog and I would get my item within 3 weeks tops. I waited the three weeks and than two more and more and more and got told a different story everytime. At first it was that one of the legs to the table was not in so they could not deliver. If they have the futon than why not deliver that first and than send table when that comes. So 6 weeks later I get a call your stuff will be delievered today. Waited at home all day..nothing arrived no call. I had to call them to get information. Excuse was oh futon was not in, and it will be there tomorrow. Tomorrow comes they deliever the dining table(which mind you both legs came in same box). I am promised the futon will be there tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went and I again had to call to find out about it. I was infomed it was not put on the truck and promised yet again it would come in tomorrow. Tomorrow again came and
