While traveling through Watertown, SD. On 10/21 I wanted to eat someplace that would be quick and of course good. I have never even heard of Firehouse subs before so it was all new to me.
My experience; I was greeted by a staff that was very friendly and super polite. My cashier explained the menu to me and took my order with a smile. To my surprise my food was quickly prepared and delivered to me at my table by a very polite young man.
The food was excellent!! Fresh bread along with fresh ingredients made for a great meal. I like Firehouse subs!! The store and restroom were super clean. Unquestionably a good first impression!
