We needed last minute storage after our moving process changed and Schea Van Lines was there to help. Not only did they offer the last minute storage option, they also sent an estimator out to look over things again as we now needed storage. I really liked that Schea Van Lines prepared all pieces with pads prior to moving the pieces into storage. This was very helpful and we could see the difference it made once we moved our things out of storage months later. Thank you Schea Van Lines.

Schea Van Lines came to the rescue in a very stressful time of need. We had well over a hundred boxes and several rooms of furniture wd had brought about 40 miles away. Schea Van Lines took care of nearly every aspect of the relocation. When they first arrived, padding was placed on all furniture pieces. Protection was placed throughout the home at both the old and the new. It was an incredible experience considering the small things Schea Van Lines did to make a big difference on our moving day.

Schea Moving and Storage were spectacular. We asked they take our three bedroom ranch from Dublin to Hilliard. They did just that and did so with a smile on their face. I was nervous that they would not be on time or they would not be careful with our furniture pieces. Schea Moving was very careful with our furniture and were prompt to arrive on time. Schea Van Lines did a pretty good job. I had to take a few things out of a storage facility in Columbus and move it up to Delaware. The men from Schea were promovers and kept the job going along. I was initially hesitant to call in movers as I've heard many stories. These guys kept my family calm throughout the move and only charged $685 total. Thank you Schea Van Lines.

Schea Van Lines took a two bedroom from Lebanon to Newark just out side of Columbus for the family. The work done was not easy, but they saw that the job was professionally done. Can't say enough great things about Schea. They came out with only a weeks notice and as prepared as I would have anticipated they'd be with only a month's notice. Schea delivered every step of the way. The team was managed by the driver Andrew who did a fine job. They were cool guys and goofed around with our sons. Good moving day by Schea.

Lebanon, Ohio to Columbus, Ohio

We've always been the family to move ourselves, but this time we were going nearly 90 miles from our old home to our new home. We decided to use a professional moving service. We selected Schea Van Lines to do the moving. We liked how they presented themselves and how when we called on them, they answered. Schea Van lines came out the day of the move with a 53' truck. Packed nearly the entire home into the truck in a single day. Then the following day the same men from Schea Van Lines delivered the pieces to New Albany. It was quite a big move. Something that would have taken my family a week to do. Impressed the six men from Schea knocked it out in two days. I also liked that I had received a flat rate for this service so that I knew exactly the price of the move prior to anyone touching a single piece. I hear all too often about movers specifically waiting until your loaded then demanding hidden fees. With these guys there was no such problem. We hope not to move anytime soon in future, but for moving cross town I'd call these guys.

First-class service it was. Our company had to move offices recently to a larger space due to an expansion. We researched several commercial relocation companies for the best option to bring us to our new location. Schea Van Lines stressed that they would minimize the downtime due to moving our staff would experience. Everyone was thrilled with this as we need to work. Schea Van Lines sent out a an advisor prior to the move to tell each team member at the office what they needed to do to prepare for the big moving day. This helped as it cut down on a great deal of commotion and confusion on the actual move date. Each office staff member was instructed to place all of their loose papers and odds and ends into the banker boxes Schea Van Lines provided. From there they were asked to write their full name on the box. I could see on the actual move in day why this was so important. The men from Schea Van Lines selectively put each box into the employees new office and left it there for the staff to unpack on their first day back to work. All in all we ended up only being down for one day as the entire move transpired in only a single day. I was very impressed with the organization and skill of these men.

Schea Van Lines relocated my father from New Albany to Hilliard last Tuesday. The moving was done very well, but the courtesy of the men spoke volumes. Considering it was simply a retirement home, Schea did not have much to move. The men simply had a couch, bed, a few dressers, and about 30 boxes. All very easy. What impressed me was that I had to run to pick up my daughter from school during the move and had no way of getting my dad to his new home. The office of Schea Van Lines phoned an uber for my dad and made certain he arrived at the new address safely with the movers so he could direct where he wanted things to go.

It may have only been a $15 uber for Schea Van Lines, but the courtesy these men had was truly impressive. They could have left him behind, or kept the billing clock running until I got back. Instead they said were going to keep going and your father's coming too. Very nice experience we had. Thank you again Schea.

Schea Van Lines was well worth hiring. Considered doing it ourselves again, but glad we called in the professionals.

Schea Van Lines - Columbus, OH to Evanston, IL

I really enjoyed living in Columbus for six years, but when I had the opportunity to move back to Evanston for a transfer I was excited to take it. I hired Schea to take care of the moving we needed done. Considering it was a cross state lines move they inventoried and covered all pieces a few days prior.

I liked that the furniture was being protected and inventoried with them having possession of the furniture for a few days. The actual move day, Schea Van Lines sent three gentlemen who efficiently loaded the truck.

Those same three men unloaded my family two days later at the new home. I liked the consistent staff throughout. Job well done.

My mother needed to move recently and we needed assistance with packing and the heavy lifting. We phoned Schea to take
care of and they did just that. They came out and gently packed the contents of the cabinetry into the respective boxes. Time went by quick with the packing specialists in the home. The movers did a nice job as well. They prepped the pieces properly to load into the truck and did so in a timely manner. After all was said and done. The guys took the prep wrapping home with them and called it a day. Not only a job well done, but a clean one at that.

My experience:
Schea Van Lines moved my parents 4 bedroom house to storage for a 7 month phase then took them to their new build. Considering a lot was involved, we were all naturally stressed. Fortunately Schea Van Lines did a great and made the process seamless.

The men from Schea Van Lines packed the pieces up and brought them to storage. After in storage for several months, the men from Schea Van Lines delivered without a hitch.

Unfortunately, our had experienced a bad flood after a main pipe broke at our home this past June. Fortunately, our insurance covered moving our pieces out of the first and second story floor of our home and placing them in storage while we were in limbo having floors, molding, and other things redone around the home due to the flood. We interviewed several companies, but decided to use Schea Van Lines for our service. A representative from Schea Van Lines came out to the address and gave us an estimate, which the insurance company had requested. Furthermore, Schea Van Lines sent out a few packers a couple days prior to prep the undamaged furniture and to pack some of our cabinets that we would not be using during the restoration.

When the pieces were finally ready to move to the new home, blankets were covering everything throughout. The men had efficiently loaded the things into their truck, and off they went to storage. I was happy with the overall process. The items were kept in a climate controlled storage facility for the duration of my home's restoration.

Finally after all was concluded, at the house, we called the guys at Schea Van Lines to deliver and they did just that. We were moved into our newly refinished home as if nothing ever happened.
