Contacted Better Power today about my fancy Cub Cadet zero turn that I bought from them a couple summers ago because it wouldn't start. Couldn't find the carburetor because I knew I just had to put some gas or carb cleaner in it to get it to start after sitting for the winter. Bod talked me through it and BINGO, it started. Excellent service. Number one in service! Love them! Local is the way to go!

My husband contacted Dave about purchasing a part for our snowblower that broke during a storm that my husband couldn't find the part # for online or even from MTD. Mind you, we are from Mass and didn't buy this snowblower from Dave. A friend stumbled upon his phone # in a google search. Dave went above & beyond. Not only did he get us the right part, he got it covered by the manufacturer for free even after the warranty has expired. He could have easily sold the part to my husband but didn't. With customer service like this, Dave should be in business a long time. I may even take a ride to VT to buy my next snowblower just to repay back Dave for his help. He definately went above & beyond in my eyes.
