I have nothing bad to say about the staff - My only complaint is the unprofessional attitude of the secretary. Every time I call or have to speak with her before/after a visit, its like I'm bothering her. And get a smile from her, impossible. My advice to her - get a job you will enjoy because you obviously hate the one you are at.

The pool therapy staff and the owner are top notch, professional and careing. However, there is ONE male therapist who does assessments when you first enter. He is the most obnoxious, self-centered, thinks he's God, most awful person I have ever encountered. I did lodge a complaint about him and was told by others I am not the only one who thinks he is very non-professional and judgemental. If you stay away from him you will do fine.
