Beyond horrible customer service. I have never been so offended. There was two employees chatting it up and never came over to ask us if we needed help. I was patiently waiting and finally was so upset and left.

I had a great experience with Greg the store manager there. I had an issue with a bracelet my boyfriend bought me for Christmas. After attempting to get the bracelet fixed several times through my lifetime warranty the clasp stil wasnt secure. After the final time of almost loosing it and grateful that someone was nice and honest enough to turn it in at security desk at work I was amazed. Went in to see Greg and he was kind enough to replace it for all of my troubles. He didn't have to do it and my bracelet was worth a lot of money. There are still people out there willing to do the right thing and those are the kind of people i like to do business with.

Kudos to Omar and Gary at this store. I saw a ring I loved but wanted to wait a day to see if I owed on my taxes. The next day I knew I was getting a refund so went back to get the ring. It was GONE...had been sold. These two guys went above and beyond searching all over the country trying to find another ring. They were having no luck. They kept checking at all the Zales throughout the country. One day the ring popped up at a store that hadn't popped up before. They called and had it shipped to this store. I picked it up today. I am thrilled with it and the service I received.

Amber Light is a great asset to the store. She knows her stuff.
