Dr. Cook is great. Other than that, the customer service was horrible. I called to inquire on the status of my contact order. I was made to feel that I was bothering them, they spent a lot of time explaining to me how busy they were. (I called at 1:00 on a Monday afternoon). I said that I was sorry, I just needed to know if my order was ready. I was told "As I already told you, we are very busy right now and I am the only one here, but I am telling you that I am going to take a break here and walk over to check your order". REALLY! You sure weren't too busy to take my money when I placed my order! They actually "scolded" me for calling to ask, was told that I should have received a voice mail message saying that my order was ready (I didn't). This is just one example, there were many other things that went wrong leading up to this. I am not one to complain (everyone has a bad day, right?). My experience was so bad, I just wanted to share to spare someone else from what I went through.
