I called their after-hour emergency number last night because I had a very sick kitten. She just seemed to start having problems with her walking and balance, pain when i picked her up, and also had problems eating. I described these symptoms to the lady on the phone and she said that she would contact the Vet and see what we need to do and that she would call me right back - whether he could treat her or if not, let us know so we could get her to the after-hour emergency clinic in Kirkwood, MO. I then asked her if he would require payment at time of services and she said if we didn't have the money at this time that they could apply for us to get a credit card to pay the services and then we could pay the credit card off. I called their number around 8 pm and to this day/time, nobody has even called me back from this clinic. We had to take other means to get care for our baby. I may not be a veterinarian, but I attended college for Veterinary Assistant and also other programs for animal care and paid cash money for my education. I know that they need to make money because of their education/training etc, but I also feel that for them to have got into this type of work they would do what they could for the animal. Because of almost losing my baby last night, I won't use them for any of my pets.

Great place and friendly, helpful staff! My pets have always received such great care while there! Would recommend for sure!

I love this hospital! I'm a regular. Front desk staff is the best. They are always cheerful and caring. Plus they always have enough people working there that is never a long wait. Vets will explain options and pricing up front.

The staff and veterinarians are great and the service and the home town care is awesome.

Took my toy poddle there on an emergency, due to my vet being out of town. The staff was wonderful with my pet. The building was very clean and the staff was very professional. Loved how they treated my animal and me on this emergency. Would like to go there for further medical treatment.
