      I am an experienced psychotherapist, licensed at the highest level of licensure available in Washington DC, who provides counseling services for adults who are experiencing issues, including depression, anxiety, adult ADHD, workplace difficulties, relationship problems, dysfunctional family issues, difficult life transitions. My approach in psychotherapy is best described as supportive, non-judgmental, and gentle yet firm. I use a variety of methods such as cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic and goal-oriented therapy. I work with clients to identify their goals, discover the obstacles that get in their way, and guide them through the process of overcoming these barriers and achieving their goals to attain greater happiness.
