      This store has a friendly feel, in store watchmaker and jeweler, and reasonable prices. On Thursdays the store gemologist gives free verbal appraisals, so useful!

      PANDORA jeweler is finally in DC--I found this store on the PANDORA website, and I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful the staff at this store is. They carry much more expensive jewelry than Pandora, but they treated me like a special customer even though I only spent $100. I think that is the true measure of a store--quality service for every level of customer. Wish there was more parking around there...

      This is a wonderful, friendly store. I took my engagement ring in for tightening and cleaning, and they showed me how worn the prongs were. They gave me a great price, and their jeweler replaced the setting and had my ring back to me in two days! I really liked that my ring never left their store, and it looked amazing when it was fixed. I guess the best part of this store is that it feels like an exclusive boutique, but they are so nice and easy to talk to--very helpful and honest. I was excited to see that they also carry PANDORA--I'm hooked on that stuff!!

      DO NOT USE THE JEWELER! I took my vintage watch to Aframs for a polish and time correction and after three weeks and me calling once a week, they did not complete the work and they destroyed the stainless steel coating on the case. Then I told them about their terrible service, they insulted me. I'm sueing them and have reported them to the BBB.

      We are a family business since 1971 and are here to offer you a full range of services, from watch and jewelry repair, to appraisals and design services. We are very dedicated to our customers, and count on word of mouth to gain customers. Because of this, and the fact that we are all family here, we really go to great lengths to please! Our watchmaker is in the store most days, and can personally help you with your Rolex or other fine Swiss Watch. We are also happy to change your watch battery here! We offer full jewelry repairs and designs, and our Gemologist Appraiser is here on Thursdays to meet with you.

      We are a full service jeweler right in NorthWest DC, next to the White House, New York Ave and 15th St. We are happy to help you with your watch or jewelry repair, we have a master watchmaker and jeweler in store. On Thursdays we have a Gemologist Appraiser here to give you free verbal appraisals, and to complete insurance and estate written appraisals for you. We have a unique collection of jewelry, some designed in store, as well as Tissot, Citizen and a vintage watch collection. We also have a nice collection of DC charms. We hope to see you soon!
