bought 3 - 3lb losters which were the worst I've ever had----1st one was pink and was in process of sheeding had under layer shelll and was terrible---2nd last two had soooooo many babies and the shell on all were soooo tough you needed a hammer to open never never again buy from there no taste nothing have cooked many a loster in my life and believe you me the pits
