Polite, courteous and efficient service. I would recommend them to my family and friends
Sneaky...
I used their service because it seemed the best bang for your buck - 30 days and a certain tonnage for a flat rate.
When I was done and they picked it up, however, they charged me another $45. "WHY?!?"
"Well, the driver said there was a tire in there - that's a $5 charge, and two mattresses are $20 each."
When I called to rent the dumpster, no one told me there were separate charges for anything, and the extra fees aren't on their website either. Also, the "little mattresses" were crib mattresses that cost the same amount of $$ to purchase brand NEW as Roll-A-Way charged to dispose of them. If I had known about the surcharges, I would have just thrown the mattresses in my regular trash - my town takes mattresses away for FREE, any size.
When I balked about the charges, Roll-A-Way ignored me and said "I'll just put the charges on the same credit card you placed your order with, then?"
I'm totally disgusted. Good prices but sneaky unapologetic service...Will not be using them again.
I've used two RI dumpster companies so far in my home improvement project and have been less than pleased with both. Very discouraging...

I am a multi-rental property owner and have been using Roll-a-Way Disposal for several years now after a glowing recommendation from a former home owner who has been renting from me for years. There have been many times when I have needed a receptacle in an emergency situation,and I can always count on Roll-a-Way to be there when I need them. They are always on time and courteous even for routine needs. They even saved me money once telling me that my specific needs at the time didn't warrant a regular size receptacle and suggested the smaller one at half the price. I find it very gratifying, knowing that I can trust and depend on a long time Rhode Island based company. I'm sure many more Rhode Islanders will have similar stories with this company.
