Petsmart has its pros and Cons. They sell good quality things and the people who work there are always helpful. The grooming did not work out as well for my dog. The classes the teacher does a great job of trying to sell it but she picks favorates in the class it self and it is very noticable. My dogs love going there though better than the other stores. And the Opps stations make it easier to not be so worried about accedents.
