Mr. Moyer's "Attorney/Client Employment Agreement" states in part: "This sum [retainer fee] is considered by you and by me to be earned upon receipt, but it will be credited to periodic billings."
My experience exactly, he seemed to consider the money earned upon receipt, he did not attempt to meaningfully help me in my case, he did drain the retainer account with periodic billings.
