I was lied to about when phones would come in I was told a manager would call me I was told my account that is not fully set was documented every time I called yet 7 calls and not one of the representatives could find documentation. All calls are monitored but again none knew I called I think I am re thinking this account with them I want my money back two yrs of this no thanks
