We had a UPS truck knock down a power line that ran from our house to a storage building across the driveway. Someone on Facebook suggested Mr Reno. We called him and said he couldn't come the following day, which was Saturday, because he was going hunting. He promised he would come Sunday afternoon. He doesn't show at all Sunday and finally shows up Monday afternoon to see what is needed. While there, he flips a breaker. He said he would come back the next day after taking care of some business he had at the courthouse. He doesn't show and then tells us late Tuesday he couldn't come until Saturday. At this point, I'm tired of his broken promises. We called another electrician and told Mr Reno to forget it. Then Mr Reno had the nerve to charge us $85 for flipping the breaker. He is a total ripoff. Please do not use him.

Do not us reno electric. The j...

Do not us reno electric. The job was never completed by reno. They said that the job was completed so they were paid. After Alabama Power turned the power back on we found the biggest mess. He did not come back to fix the mess. We had to pay to have the job fixed that he was suppose to do. Charles Reno (owner) says that he does not have the money to give a partial refund. I am having to file a claim in small claims court to get my money back. Also he IS NOT A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN!!!!!!! He is using another electrician's license. How can you have an electrical company without a license?
