This office is all about money! I've been a patient with them for about 15 years and I had called the day of to cancel and reschedule an appointment and they charged me $30 and said they couldn't see me unless I paid the fee first! I asked to speak with the manager and she had the scheduling secretary call me back and say it's the office policy they can't waive the fee for me, I then replied that I have been a faithful patient for over 15 years and she replied well we have patients that have been coming for over 25 years and I felt completing offended and upset! Like I didn't matter as a patient, I travel far due to the fact that I had moved away from warren! I do nt recommend this dental office because all they want is money and I don't like that! I had a pain when I bit down and came in for a check up and they told me I could meet with the specialist and I was charged $75 for a literally 10 minute check up to have her tap on a fee teeth and tell me I should get a root canal, I did not get the root canal and the pain is gone, they immediately wanted me to get my teeth pulled out! I am all set with this office and sick of their greediness!!!!!

Beautiful office! Great Staff! I highly recommend this dental practice. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Outstanding dental practice. I have been Dr. Drummond patient for 10 years. Very good patient interaction (bedside manner), good staff and very ethical, honest and trustworthy. I have teeth cleaned and examined every 6 mos plus had fillings repaired, crowns put in and crowns replaced. They work with most insurers.

I WENT TO WARREN DENTAL AS A NEW PATIENT AND WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE RECEPTIONIST. I ASKED THE HEAVY SET WOMAN A QUESTION ABOUT MY INSURANCE AND SHE SAID IT WASN'T HER JOB, IT WAS MY JOB. THE PERSON WHO CLEANED (JACKIE) MY TEETH WAS VERY HELPFUL IN ANSWERING MY INSURANCE QUESTION. WHEN I NEEDED TO SET UP MY 6 MONTH CHECK UP AGAIN THE RECEPTIONIST WAS RUDE AND SAID SHE HAD NOTHING FOR ME AND SHE WOULD CALL ME THIS WEEK, IT HAS BEEN 3 MONTHS AND STILL NO PHONE CALL. SINCE THEN I SCHEDULED MY 6 MONTH CLEANING AT DR BAKER'S OFFICE AND THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY PLEASANT TO ME. I HOPE THAT OTHER PATIENTS WERE NOT TREATED THE WAY I WAS BY THE RECEPTIONIST. IF SO I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO ANOTHER OFFICE
