After having the same barber for almost 30 years I found someone who cuts my hair a lot better. The barber (my friend) and I had a thirty year friendship and he would never charge me because of all the things that I would do for him. That was the only thing good about him cutting my hair. I didn't always get the best haircut from him but for free I would live with what ever he did to my hair and more than once I went away unhappy. Hair grows back so what the heck. I found Signature Styles in Warren, one day, and stopped in. Cindy the owner right from the start, has been giving me the best haircuts. Locally located. Small mom and pop shop.Give her a try, call for an appointment today. The price is right as well. I tried Lady Jane's who advertised a ten dollar hair cut. I gave the girl my CC. She said that the cut was 12$ so I told her to add a 2$ tip. On my statement she ended up charging me 15$. I had to go back as she left a clump of hair sticking up. No 10$ cut at Lady Jane's.
