Generally I don't place negative reviews but it would be of an advantage to Planet Fitness' owners in Warner Robin GA if they quickly rectify their wrongdoings. Not with cliché responses but rather with a well due investigation.
There is no way in earth their business model would sustain with just over the counter explanations, poor service and managerial inadequacy. In my case as in several others there was no reason for not having refunded my yearly "membership" knowing that poor condition of the gym forced me to visit the Macon location. Now, to this cause was added THEIR membership upgrade. Huh?
That's right I was in other terms, made to upgrade and reward their inadequacies.
MOTTO: NO RIGHT TO CANCELLATIONS BASED ON POOR SRVICE.
Of course even Headquarters would tell you, it's up to local management. Not up to the owners. Managers all with the similar rehearsed lines. My neighbor's banking branch cited complaints from some customers on behalf of WR Planet Fitness.
