When I moved to the BAY AREA in 1996 I found Phil working in the same building at the 680/Olympic Blvd interchange. I used Phillip for all my tax preparation needs and was impressed with his professionalism and background of a prior employer....THE IRS!! Eventually I got married and stopped having Phil prepare my tax returns as we used my wife's accountant. Due to complications with our small business, a change in status and requiring someone with a higher level of expertise with a REAL ESTATE CONSULTING knowledge, I went back to Phil and and I am a "HAPPY CAMPER" and he treats me like his #1 Client.
