I was sold a discontinued product for $25.oo which required refill cartridges for a cat litter hide away unit. I went to the store to buy the refills and couldn't find any. I found a nice Manager who told me not to worry come back with the unit and he would refund me(even though I didn't have a receipt). His name was Bob Dunn (Great Manger). I went back the next day Bob was not there. The mamager on duty Wally Beach would not honor Bob's word to me. I was very upset. I must warn you to be careful. I didn't buy this off the reduced cart (which actually means I learned, discontinued) so beware. I contacted coporate they said they would have Bob call me and work something out. We will see. I feel S&S uses the term reduced so it makes you think it is on sale. Why not mark it discontinued? Wally couldn't answer that. Reduced is a trick work so you buy the product not knowing if you need refills yor out of luck. I lost $25.00 buying this product. It should have been taken off the shelf and placed on a table marked discontinued not reduced. I just wanted to warn all of you to be aware of this trick word reduced. it doesn't mean On sale. How are consumers suppose to know this? We won't.
