Quality Engineering Services strives to provide exactly that quality engineering services. The company specializes in unigraphics and autoCAD design services, fixtures, tools and gage manufacturing, prototype and production precision machining, automated machinery and gaging design/build, RTV/RTM mold design/build and contract Wire EDM services. It has nearly 10 workstations developing fixtures, gaging and automation solutions for the aerospace, automotive, medical, semiconductor and commercial industries. Prototype, low volume and production CNC machining programming is accomplished using CAD/CAM software with direct output to CNC machines and full 3-D capability. QES can work directly from customer models to cast urethanes, epoxies and RTVs, lending itself to producing a precise final product with minimal investment in hard tooling.
