      General Info
      Services Protronix, Inc offers a wide variety of manufacturing services. From circuit board assembly to chassis, we have you covered. Protronix provides consignment and turnkey services, as well as any combination of the two. We specialize in small to medium production runs and prototyping, but we also have the capabilities of taking on large production run. SERVICES If you require testing, Protronix can do that as well. From testing of circuit boards, to cables, to box builds, and whole systems, we can test your product using test fixtures you supply, or we can make fixtures for you. We can also help with design. We will gladly assist our customers in any way that we can, from tweaking existing products to taking a concept to reality. Protronix can manufacture a wide spectrum of cable and harness assemblies. We have the capabilities of processing all wire types from 30 AWG up to 0 AWG, as well as any and all multi-conductor cables. We have many semi-automatic termination machines that allow us to handle just about every type of pin on the market as well as terminal lugs and IDC's. Protronix has a wide range of cutting, stripping, and termination machines to enable us to do prototypes to high volume production runs. Circuit board assembly makes up the larger part of Protronix's business. We have the ability to handle thru-hole, surface mount, and mixed technology boards. We can assemble boards from wide up to 16 wide, any length, any shape. Protronix utilizes semi-automatic insertion equipment for thru-hole boards that clinch the components to the circuit board. This method ensures that the components do not fall off or rise up ( float ) during wave soldering. We pride ourselves on the ability to adept to an ever changing industry. Worried about being RoHS compliant? Our complete production line is fully capable of handling the challenge of lead free. We also stock a full array of commonly used parts in our inventory.
