      Just ask yourselves. Do I want to hire a company that has people work for them . good hardworking people just trying to put food on the table clothes on there children's back. and when it comes time to pay that employee the boss / owner tells them il pay you tomorrow but tomorrow never comes because they hire someone else and he tells you he has no more work for you. So he ends up taking the money he owed you and puts it in his own pocket. and you have to tell your wife and daughter you didn't get paid.Do you know the look on youre daughters face when you have to tell her that if you don't then get a job at Debaise Landscaping. Tim Debaise thinks he is worthy of treating his employees in such a way.He believes because you are a laborer and he is the owner that working hard for him isn't enough that you should ingratiate him .If you don't your a lower form of life than he.Im not saying the work isn't A+ it is but maybe before the Better Bussiness gives him an A+ they should look into the way he treats the people behind the scene doing all the work.
