It took two women 4 hours to clean a house that usually took me, only one person, to clean in 1.5-2 hours. I was charged nearly $300. They didn't split up to tackle different parts of the house. They stuck together and chatted most of the time. They spent forever in the cleanest room of the house and then quickly went through the rest of the house... rooms that needed the most attention, like the bathroom and kitchen. They missed one of the kitchen counters completely and did not clean the bathroom floor at all. I provided the rags (my good cleaning ones), only to have them taken by one of the cleaners. When they were starting to pack up to leave, I had to remind them that they forgot to mop the kitchen floor. At that time, one took a wet mop and went over it so quickly, it only made the floor wet, not clean. Not the service I was expecting at all. When I called to cancel my next scheduled date, the owner was very short with me. I wanted to tell her about the issues I had, but since she wasn't very pleasant, I didn't want to deal with her. I have read other reviews, and all were really good, which is why I hired them in the first place. Maybe my expectations were too high, but for paying almost $300, I should have received my money's worth.
