We can appraise your current mobile home, help you to apply its value toward your new home, coordinate site preparation with local contractors (for the well, septic, foundation, etc.) as well as help to arrange financing through one of our qualified lenders. Friendly helpful people, I have encountered all of the staff members in my home purchase.
It is obvious to me that they care a great deal about doing business the right way.
Just letting you know that I'm taking every step to get the Counter Top replaced and now have notified BBB, AG, Manufactured Housing Board, Social Media and Pleasant Valley as well. Joann obviously has not done her job and would no longer be working for my Company! I'm extremely dissapointed that this has come to this but it has. I will do whatever it takes to get this resolved even if I have to have it replaced myself and file a small claims action suit against both Ralph's Homes and Pleasant Valley which I'm sure they won't be impressed. I'm awaiting a call back from a family member of Pleasant Valley. I'm also having a professional finished Carpenter go completely through this Home prior to my one year Warranty to see to it that every little defect gets taken care of professionally and not by some fly by night person on your staff like I've experienced already which was unacceptable. in more then one situation. I've already contacted my Attorney who advised me at this point in time, contact all resources including Pleasant Valley for resolution before he gets involved. I still have other pending issue's that Joann hasn't addressed and it's been Months. Not sure why she is still Employed by Ralph's Homes. I will also be contacting the owner of Ralph's Homes.
