I came here after being referred by a friend. I couldn't be happier. I bought a new JL stealth box for my F250 and it's better than I expected. The owner, Chris has the same system and invited me to hear it in his truck and I was sold. These guys are honest and really know what they're doing.

I had a viper system installed in 2010. I had a problem in 2013 with some wires pulled lose. They fixed it free of charge! It's hard to find people who back their work even when it's not their fault. Thanks I'll not hesitate to do business with you again.

I had a 1998 Dodge Ram 1500. I need two subs and an amp put in. They were fast and very helpful with any questions I had. I have to admit the are probably the most proffesional group of individuals I have ever worked with. Also very cost efficient.. :) Thanks guys you will see me again.

I drive a 1996 Ford F-150 pickup bought my viper alarm 10 yrs ago from Circut City they went out of business. I am in Durham NC so my choices were Greensboro or Wake Forest NC at Car Audio & Security. They installed a new unit under warranty. That was 2 years ago. My door handle broke the Ford place wanted 110 bucks just to check it out. So I said why not ask the folks at Cars. They took it down and fixed for me knowing I was a return customer no charge. Hey FOLKS NO CHARGE! In return I bought me a new radio for my FORD. Now I feel I got that radio for Free. Thanks to the great folks at Car Audion. You can take your truck anywhere you want but I am taking my truck my baby to Cars. Great Work...I have Pontiac Grand Am and i needed my sub and amp put in. They did a great job and everything is perfect.

I recently had an LCD monitor installed. They were very professional to deal with. At no time did I ever get the impression that they were trying to tack on extra work so that the fee was higher. They even recommended lower end wires in an area where high end were not needed, instead of trying to maximize unexpected costs. Their fee was actually 25% less than Best Buy's and the monitor is working great. I would use them again and recommend them for car installation needs.

In response to FH with the Mustang...We installed her satellite radio just as asked. We pulled car around just fine. When she got in her car to pull away she had apparently kicked the floormat under the clutch and couldn't use it correctly but still decided to drive off with it lurching for about 5 minutes. She came back and we agreed to look at it and that is when we discovered she had moved the floor mat under the clutch. We put it back and SHE APOLOGIZED for her mistake. She's never been back since nor called. This was an innappropriate review. If she still has a complaint we would love and welcome the opportunity to review the situation ourselves and to correct it. However, how exactly does a satellite radio install nearly ruin a transmission? Some people should not be allowed on the roads.

I went in for a simple install of a Sirius radio -- their brilliant tech put the shifter on backwards on my Mustang and nearly ruined my transmission. Go somewhere else!
