If a zero star review were allowed, I would use it. I guess I should count myself lucky in my dealings with this company. They didn't charge my card, so I'm not out my money. I received an acknowledgement of my order and an order receipt; however, I never received anything further from them. I cancelled my order with them and through my bank.

As others have stated, this company is one of the worst businesses I have ever had experience with. You can forget getting someone on the phone, or by email for that matter, to help you with an order that THEY got wrong. Don't bother with these people. Terrible.

I ordered items over 3 weeks ago and there has been absolutely no way to contact them via the email or phones. When I call them, they don't pickup the call and the answring machine or some sort says "We're unavailable to take your call, please leave a message." That's it, nothing else, and I noticed that I was billed already on my charge card but still, no items! Very fishy vendor, I already filed a complait through Better Business Bureau of Minnesota. Stay away from this vendor, ansolutely unscrupulous!!

Someone need to do something about this company. They really feel like a fraud to me. They have a very nice website and you feel really confident about your order at first. However, they never answer there phone, they will answer the emails and they still have not supplied me with a tracking number. These people sell high end electronics. My cc was charged 517.00. I also paid for next day delivery. Watch Out

I also did a internet purchase with this company. This give you a order number as soon as the transaction is complete but no email confirmation. I emailed them with no response and can't get them on the phone ever! Ordered 2/19/08 and it's now 2/28/08 going to cancel with fraud through my bank.

i put an order in and i had waited awhile and i t hasn't come yet so i emailed them and they said they were out of what i wanted to get (rg8u coax) and they were expecting a shipment of it the 6 months later i cant even email them or call them either their out of buissness or just stopped paying the web guy to up keep the site so if u want a good site too use that has good deals just email me at computertech.michael@gmail.com

it took them three business days to process the order,

they did not include a tracking number in the confrimation e-mail,

two weeks have passed and it still has not arrived,

and they never responded to my e-mail requesting a tracking number

and a verification that it had been sent by USPS Next Day delivery -

considering that I verified that my credit card was in fact charged

for the next day delivery.

I would never do business with them again.
