      We are a small family owned Dominican business based out of Waimanalo HI. Taste our delicious plate lunches consisting of rice, beans, mixed (beet) potato salad, Pastelon de Maduros (similar to a lasagna), our Sancocho or 3 meat stew, and vegan dishes. We also make Dominican "Pastelitos" (or empanadas) with meat or vegetable fillings, as well as Vegan and Vegetarian options.We are a small family owned Dominican business based out of Waimanalo HI.
