We manage it as if it was ours! -As low as $45 per month management fee. -Special pricing on multiple properties. -No up front signup fees -A dedicated property manager -Prompt rent collections and deposits -Diligent repair oversight using in house or licensed contractors and multiple estimates to keep costs manageable -Tenant issue resolution including HOA violations, maintenance/repairs, etc. -Aggressive legal evictions, when necessary, to gain possession of the house as quickly as the law allows -Thorough walk through on move in / move out (broker holds deposit) -Compliance with all state, county and city laws -Lease Renewals $50 -Low cash reserves requirements for house repairs $200 (one $400 amount for multiple houses) -Leasing commission $50 up front sign, lock box, paperwork cost and when we get your property leased, half of one months rent. -Inspect your property at regular intervals -Provide a 24-hour emergency contact number to tenants -Be a source of information for all tenants regarding any issues concerning their rental units -Will conform to your own personal philosophy on property management -Will manage your properties with as little hassle as possible to you.
