Neighborhood Works do not take care of their rental property's. over grown grass and we are so sick in tired of calling them for their renters do/not keep the property clean. Per my understanding it is the owners job to let their renter's know if they do/not keep up the property. This make's our neighborhood look bad and lowers the value of other homes that are owned.

NeighborWorks Waco helped me purchase my first home a few years ago! I would definitely recommend them. I was a little worried at first thinking I made too much money to go through their education and home purchase services, but I learned quickly that that wasn't the case. Delisa is the best!

The heck with Neighborhood Works! They talk good like they will rent to section 8 renters. Take your $20 dollar application fee and then turn tell you that they can't rent to you. Smile in you face like things are great and rob you of your 20 cash and deny you. They don't earn a single star in my book.
