I am currently employed with Concord Healthcare Group. Crestview Healthcare Residence is one of our buildings. Yes we did have our challenges at the start. We have made significant improvement hiring the right people. I am confident Crestview Healthcare Residence is on its way to being a leader in the community again.

This facility will accept anyone,one resident was caught smoking crack in his room,another resident brings in booze for other residents. Concord that owns the facility have a hard time paying their bills, one being their pharmacy bill which leaves the residents with out meds for sometimes weeks. Before you even think to leave your love one here please check the DAds survey. Crestview Healthcare has gone downhill since they changed ownership 2 years ago. They have been through 5 administrators and are often unable to pay their bills, residents at times have not gotten meds. In their latest state survey the DON and also the Administrator had their license referred because of such poor management. Use the google search engine and look up Winterhaven Investigation Houston, TX. and click on Elder care raid story that was on ch 26 this is another Concord owned facility....it is very sad what has happened to a once top notched nursing home.

THE ADMITISTRATOR, AND THE CARE PLAN COORDATOR DON'T SEE THE RESIDENTS AS PEOPLE, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEM, EXCEPT FOR THEIR MONEY THEY BRING IN. THEY ALWAYS UNDER STAFF. AND THE STAFF THE DO HAVE IS OVER WORKED, UNDER PAID AND UNAPPRCIATED.
