We went to Bellringer's with a wiring problem on my '02 F350. I had become frustrated with trying to find the problem. I talked to Ken about my issue, and he said to come in mid morning the next day. I didn't get his son's name, but he came out and started to diagnose the problem. Within 20 minutes he showed me where the problem was. My dually tires that were replaced about a year ago had rubbed the wiring through the insulation, shorting and opening a couple of control wires. Within an hour+ he re-wired my trucks trailer and electric brake wires and we were on our way. The were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciated their reasonably priced service also.
