      My wife is a fourth-grade teacher and she slipped on an unmarked puddle of mop water while monitoring the hallway. She received a fractured hip for her trouble. Then the district refused to pay her hospital bill, citing no contingency funds. We decided to sue and we won thanks to James Sexton.
