I don't even know where to begin. Art and his shop are the best! As a new Yukon owner I took my car for a service issue after only 2.5months of owning it. The Dealership wanted to take me for a ride and suggested all kinds of service be done on it. $1200 worth, some needed and others totally bogus. I called Art after my husband found him on the web. Art walked me through what he thought might be the problem from only my verbal description. The last thing he said to me was, "At the end of the day, you have to trust whoever is going to work on your vehicle." I knew I didn't want the dealership touching my car. I had it towed from the dealership to GM Exclusive that evening and by the next morning I had an honest estimate. By that afternoon I received a call from Art telling me everything had been fixed and I could pick it up. Being a mom of three and husband away, I knew I wouldn't be able to come that afternoon without pulling a ton of strings. ART OFFERED AND CAME AND PICKED ME UP AT MY HOUSE IN MY VEHICLE!!! Art is someone who knows what he is talking about, has a passion for his work, and is someone who I trust to work on my car from this point on. Art provided me with excellent repair services just prior to a 3-day weekend that would have required the loss of my vehicle for the weekend had he not intervened. He quickly ordered the required part, repaired the vehicle and returned it to me within 4.5 hours from my original request for his fine services.
