I had an interesting experience at this location. I have gone here twice, as I only come to the area to visit my parents. Once recently, and the other time about a year ago (when it had all the grand-opening bells and whistles going). A year ago the store was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and easy to find. Upon me and some of my family members all finding we had all had extremely technical questions answered--ranging from setting up an office network, to excellent introduction to Irish cross stitching, and even remarkable advice on what sort of cabinet to construct for my canned foods. Too good to be true is always the case, I have discovered in my Wal-Mart shopping experience. The store must've got new management who was more familiar with the standard level of entry level knowledge of everything that the store sells.



I had such a great experience last time and shared it with my whole family that I was disappointed at the current direction of the store. Perhaps it is just a lull in the Visalia area economy, but I had such a different experience this time I felt like It was my duty to tell anyone who had not been here in a while to not bother when literally everything the store sells can be found elsewhere in the area and the other Wal-Mart has only gotten better.



If you are looking for no customer service, un-knowledgeable staff who stands around ignoring the customers, and vile restrooms that are on par with the questionable meats, this is your stop.

It's a nice store hopefully the employees will take care of it the down side about this store is every department is cut in half. The food prices still don't beat win co
