      Dr. Ferrara and the entire staff at Joyful Optometry inside of Pearle Vision in Lynnhaven Mall were awesome. My kids have been going there for a while but this was my first time going for myself.

      Dr. Ferrara was very personable and extremely knowledgeable. I have extreme nearsightedness and have worn glasses or contacts since I was 4 years old. Sometimes my exams can be a little tricky; however, he took his time to make sure my prescription was just right and explained the process to me.

      I also felt like my time was valued because I was called back as soon as I got there and never sat more than a few minutes waiting for the next step of the exam. This is a HUGE improvement over my previous optometrist, where I'd spend hours from start to finish.

      I hope Dr. Ferrara will be my optometrist for years to come!
