My fiancé and I had a very positive experience using Leban and Associates PC American Immigration and Business Law Center. We worked specifically with Mr. Kumar for most of our experience. For some background:
I am a US Citizen, born and raised, my fiancé is from Brazil, born and raised, but whose father eventually became a green card holder (but never had custody, or even really a strong relationship with her), the rest of her family lived in Brazil. She came to the US once on a work visa, but it ended slightly prematurely. Although she requested a Tourist Visa before the work visa, and multiple times after, all attempts were met with denial.
When we applied for a fiancé visa together Leban and Associates PC American Immigration and Business Law Center were very accommodating with my work schedule and patiently answered all of the questions I had, my fiancé had, and then that we thought of later on. They were very friendly and when we needed to adjust timing of the visa to help accommodate my fiancé’s education, they knew exactly how the timing should work out.
We were told exactly what we needed to gather in order to make a strong case to get our visa approved. Then when we applied for the fiancé visa, we received our approval from the board after just one month.
We were ecstatic about the approval and began planning out the next steps for the interview process. We were told what to expect regarding when we would hear from the consulate in Brazil, about how long it would all take, and also had all of the questions answered that we could think of to help us prepare.
Now, we have passed our interview and are eagerly anticipating my fiancé’s arrival to the States so that she can cease to be my fiancé and forever be my wife.

I'm active duty Navy and my wife and I recently PCS'd from Yokosuka Japan. Don't recommend... slow... never able to reach them. There are too many lawyers out there to give your business to people who don't seem to care.

i disagree with all the bad reviews about these lawyers. there hasn't been a single misunderstanding between us. they are really dedicated and trustworthy. i was recommended to them and don't regret it. they are your go to lawyers!

this attorney is never reachable. only after many unreplied phone calls, his assistant finally got back to me but not Leban himself.

he also plays very inconvenient and hard to get an appt with. according to his assistants, he spends every day in court, every week which is very hard to believe for small law practice like his.

my divorce case got delayed because this lawyer had simply forgotten to file it timely. it had taken him over a month to realize that which he had never admitted , of course but the court system online revealed the real filing date.

and that kinda treatment i have received after having paid in full and in advance for my whole case without even any negotiation.

the whole team here is unprofessional and makes many mistakes and typos in legal papers which you don't really expect to see from supposedly literate people.
